Anarchy Night: Helloween

While the fear of the evil killer clown prevails in 2016, psychiatrist Dr. Ellen Marks and investigative journalist John Parker roll up their sleeves to find the source of this phenomenon. Their traces lead to Carl Cane, a charismatic serial killer in prison. Using creepy clown symbolism, Cane builds an army of society's outcasts and starts an anarchist movement that spreads from London to the entire world. Cane escapes on October 31st and they go after him. Will they be able to stop him before Helloween night, or will he unleash hell on earth?
