Encounter and Growth

"Encounter and Growth" tells the story of a group of women who refuse to bow down to fate and grow towards the light by relying on each other despite life's toughest trials. Gao Yuexiang takes a daring risk to buy her daughter a ¥200,000 cochlear implant, but this leads her to prison. There, she meets Hei Mei, Deng Hong, Hu Ping, and Guo Aimei - women whose personalities are very different but whose spirits are equally fierce. These women share a "taking the lead" attitude in life, and despite their different backgrounds and temperaments, they survive by holding on to each other and fighting for each other. Although the filming location is not specified, the story moves within a universal framework and appeals to viewers.
