Flight in Face

The film narrates the journey of young Jone on a summer morning to Peine del Viento (Wind Comb) in San Sebastian. Jone remembers the famous sculptor Eduardo Chillida who has been coming here since her childhood, and promises to meet him. Chillida's three sculptures anchored to the rocks are in a constant dialogue with the sea and the wind, and these sculptures have become the distinctive features of both her city and the entire Basque coast.

The film conveys Jone's process of finding Chillida and her effort to understand his universal art. The viewers embark on an emotional journey with Jone in her process of recognizing and understanding Chillida's works. The place where the film was shot is the beautiful coastal town of San Sebastian in the Basque region.
