Le Roman de Jim

The life story of a single and pregnant woman and a man whose life changes when the biological father of the child appears.

Jim's Novel begins with the encounter of a former co-worker, Florence, a pregnant and single woman, and Aymeric. Aymeric learns that Florence is a six-month pregnant and single woman whom he met by chance one evening in Saint-Claude, Haut-Jura. Aymeric is there when Jim is born and they spend many happy years together. However, this happiness is shaken by the emergence of Jim's biological father, Christophe. This may be the beginning of a melodrama, but it is also the beginning of a fatherhood story. While the film examines the concept of family, the meaning of fatherhood and the conflict between biological and emotional ties, it also takes the audience on an emotional journey.

The film has left an impressive impact on the audience. Aymeric's sacrifice and fatherhood journey in particular are elements that viewers can emotionally connect with and empathize with.

The film was shot in Saint-Claude, Haut-Jura, a region known for its picturesque and natural beauty.
