"PostMortem" tells the story of Rex, a detective with paranormal abilities. Rex can listen to the last memories of the dead and determine the causes of death. When he is called by his brother-in-law Anton, he must solve the mystery of a deadly curse that has taken the lives of many. Rex discovers that this curse feeds on fear and spreads among those who see headless people, which is also a Filipino superstition. In order to end the curse, he must find and kill the person carrying the curse with great anger and pain. However, Rex and Anton themselves fall under the curse, experiencing hallucinations and visions, racing against time to solve the mystery of the curse. It is known that the filming of the film took place in the Philippines.
