Pushpa: The Rule - Part 2, as a continuation of a powerful crime story, is about the difficulties in Pushpa's life and his conflicts with his enemies.
The main character of the film, Pushpa Raj (Allu Arjun), starts his journey as an ordinary worker and turns into a big crime lord by stepping into forest smuggling. In this part of the film, Pushpa makes new enemies and receives betrayals from his old friends.
