RB&O Live 2024/25: The Nutcracker

Clara embarks on a magical adventure at a time when everyone is in deep sleep, following a cheerful party on Christmas Eve. Accompanied by Tchaikovsky's magnificent composition, Clara and the magical Nutcracker battle the Mouse King and visit the sparkling Kingdom of Sweets and the Sugar Plum Fairy. Peter Wright's beloved production for the Royal Ballet, with Julia Trevelyan Oman's magnificent period designs, combines the excitement of a fairy tale and splendid dances while preserving the spirit of classical ballet this holiday season.
