"Reas" is a hybrid musical set in a prison in Buenos Aires. Female prisoners express themselves using a musical language as they revive their lives. Yoseli is a young woman who carries a tattoo of the Eiffel Tower on her back and always wants to travel. However, she is arrested at the airport on charges of drug trafficking. Nacho, on the other hand, is a trans man who is imprisoned for fraud and forms a rock band in prison. These women revive and rewrite their incarceration experiences and pasts through music and dance. The film shows viewers how women rewrite their own stories, revive their lives, and imagine their futures. "Reas" is a collective work that redefines the musical genre.
