Red Earth - Topography of the Poet

Gaston Rollinger, an old poet and filmmaker, lives alone in his childhood home in Esch-sur-Alzette, a very special place where industrial ruins meet wild nature and where he draws his inspiration. Despite the fact that some of the symbols of this place gradually begin to disappear, he tells all his secrets to Fränz Hausemer. This film, which is interrupted by fascinating pieces drawn from Rollinger's poems, draws the portrait of this singular man.
