Ana returns to the village during the summer with the intention of setting up a cinema in the courtyard of an old family house. While working on her project, she encounters Lucía, an old acquaintance she hasn't seen in years. Lucía quickly begins to help Ana for the cinema to work properly. As the relationship between Ana and Lucía grows closer, movie screenings begin. Ana is worried about integrating into the village, while Lucía suggests filming the neighbors with a video camera and showing them at the film screenings. As the summer progresses and the village fills up with people, Ana and Lucía continue to film funny scenes. As the time approaches for Lucía to leave the village and return to her city life, Ana does not want to leave her new lifestyle in the village.
