Redouane accepts a promotion when the factory moves to India. However, when he discovers his boss has deceived him, he starts a rebellion.


Redouane, on the day he is to be promoted and finally become a foreman, learns that the mattress factory he works for is moving to India. Determined not to lose his promotion, Redouane accepts this opportunity with a double salary guarantee and takes his partner Marguerite with him. When he arrives in India, he discovers his boss has deceived him; his salary will indeed double, but it will be in rupees. Angry, Redouane decides to take revenge by teaching the teams the best of French social rights: strikes, demonstrations, and RTT, his only goal is to overthrow his boss. Amidst cross-cultural conflict and social struggle, Redouane starts an unexpected revolution that could change the fate of the factory... and his own destiny. The film revolves around Redouane, a character with whom the audience can empathize, while also touching on issues of social justice and struggles against injustice.
