"Tear" tells the story of a family living in the isolated countryside of Tunisia. Aicha and Brahim share the pain of their sons going to war and the aftermath. One of their sons, Mehdi, unexpectedly returns home with his pregnant wife. Mehdi's return reopens old wounds in the family and triggers a darkness that threatens to consume the entire village.
