Summer in Your Pocket
"Summer in Your Pocket" focuses on the life of a young man, Hairi Takahara. Takahara is sent to the island of Torishirojima, where he lived in the past, to encounter and rediscover his past memories. On the island, he encounters the endless sea as well as mysterious young girls, each of whom is after something unattainable.
During his time on the island, Takahara reconnects with his forgotten memories and finds something he didn't know he had lost, especially through his interactions with the young girls living on the island.
The film introduces viewers to the complex emotions of nostalgia, youth, and love, while also inviting them to Takahara's personal journey and confrontation with his own past. The film was shot on the island of Torishirojima in Japan.
