The movie "Cats Rule the World" is about cats' secret world domination and the human control abilities they use to achieve this. While our main hero Minnoş thinks she is the only one among cats who can control people, she encounters a new cat, Paşa, who enters her life and claims to have the same ability. The conflict and struggle between these two intelligent cats turns into a story that will keep the audience glued to the screen throughout the movie. The movie was highly appreciated by the audience. Especially the secret world domination of cats gave the audience a surprising and entertaining experience. The movie was shot in Galata and Balat, the historical and bohemian districts of Istanbul.
