In 1997, most weapons of mass destruction have been abandoned and world peace has been achieved. However, there is a space station named FLORIDA ARKLAB in the world's orbit, operated in partnership between America and Europe. This station, with the ability to control the weather anywhere on earth, can be used as a weapon that could eliminate a potential threat by creating natural disasters. This situation escalates political tensions between the East and the West, bringing it to the brink of the 3rd World War. Our main character, Billy Hayes, as an astronaut on the space station, tries to distinguish friend from foe while trying to unravel a conspiracy filled with secrecy and sabotage. The film presents this complex story and the characters' struggle for survival that captivates the audience.
