Lone Man in the Trench

While Anton is left alone in a trench on the front line, his entrance is shot and the trench collapses. Despite his hopes of escaping the situation he is in, this brave soldier has run out of ways. His efforts to establish radio communication with the outside world fail. Fortunately, there is water, food and batteries, but it becomes increasingly obvious that Anton's end is near. Then, a friend arrives from somewhere, a mouse. Will this little creature be the last living soul Anton will see? The film offers its viewers a curious look at how Anton will cope with this difficult situation and whether he will eventually be saved. The film allows the viewer to understand the feelings, thoughts and struggle for survival of a soldier trapped in a trench.
