The Hundslinger Village Civil War

In the village of Hundslinger, there are two inns, one more than needed. Upon returning to the village to attend her mother's funeral, Magdalena decides to save the family business, the "Rosi" inn, after seeing its condition. She resorts to unfair means to sideline the rival "Casa Toni". This situation leads to a debate that splits the entire village in two. The film particularly highlights Magdalena's character and her cunning tactics, while also showing how a village can be dragged into a conflict.

The movie leaves quite complex feelings on its viewers. On one hand, they find the efforts of Magdalena to save her family's business meaningful, on the other hand, they feel angry at her for the unfair methods she uses.
