"Homecoming Spots" tells the story of a young woman who has lived away from her family and roots for four years, who returns to her hometown of Daegu to erase the traces of domestic violence and end family conflicts. The woman, who still bears the effects of the difficulties she has experienced, discovers through conversations with her family that the violence she experienced has deep roots in her family history. While family members who have harmed each other for many years try to find peace, the wounds of the past are still open and unresolved. While the film tries to show the audience the effects of domestic violence and how people can cope with this situation, the realistic and touching depiction of Daegu makes the audience even more attached to the story.
