A Year and A Day

"Hugo has lost the love of his life and finds the way to win her back in learning to play the piano for a year. During this process, the person who will help him is his neighbor, Nerea. Nerea will help Hugo reach this goal by giving him piano lessons and an unexpected intimacy will form between the two during the time they spend together. In the film, Hugo's passion for music, his faith in love, and the beauty of the bond he forms with Nerea come to the fore. The viewer witnesses Hugo's struggle while also following Nerea's own inner journey.
